Senior Pastor – Pastor Clint Compton is the Senior Pastor here at Kennebec Valley Assembly of God.
He and his wife, Cheri, come to us from Montgomery, Alabama. They have two adult children, a son and a daughter, who both currently live out of state. He has served the Lord in various capacities in Alabama, Montana, and now in Maine. He is also a former professional baseball player.
Pastor Compton quotes, “I believe that we make plans, but that God orders our steps.” KVAG and the Kennebec Valley are blessed to have Pastor Compton as our new senior pastor.
Teen Discipleship Ministry – John and Cindy Waller have been a part of nurturing and strengthening our Youth Group. John also serves in KVAG’s Sound & Multi-Media Ministries while Cindy has also shown endless faithfulness in Mpact Clubs and Bible Quiz as a judge and driver, as well.
Administrative Assistant – Samuel Getchell is a multi-talented staff member of KVAG. Not only is Sam part of the “Central Nervous System” of KVAG office operations, he is a gifted musician and is a blessing on our worship team. Sam and Donna French have recently taken over leadership of our BGMC program. Sam also teaches the Teen Sunday School class and is involved with our Bible Quiz program. We are proud to have him on our ministry team.
Church Facilities – We are blessed to have two extremely dedicated people in Jamie Henderson & Trudy Ricker who faithfully serve behind the scenes in keeping our church building and its grounds clean and beautiful.
